I Thessonlonians 5:18 tells us to give thanks in everything.. . . give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus.
Nowhere in Scripture can you find mention that we are to give thanks for only the things in our life that have reflective and profound meaning.

As a Christian I give thanks to the Lord for His constant nurturing, guiding and directing our family's life. I am uniquely aware of what He has done for our family. And I get anxious for others to understand that He can do the same for them! But, that's my passion. . . .
And in the spirit of I Thessalonians 5:18, here's my random thankfulness. . .
#1 Husband: I am married to the unequaled knight in shining armor of Small-Farm-Town-Minnesota. He has unsurpassed values and unmatched humor and he continually demonstrates the Love of God in forgiving my foibles and shortcomings and regularly arrives home with Ghirardelli Dark Chocolate Squares with Caramel Filling. Just for me.
#2 Caller ID: My partiality toward the Republican Party is no secret, but it really winds me up that the GOP feels the need to call me EVery AFTernOON!
#3 The tall glasses of chocolate-milk that I steal away to the master bedroom to enjoy – surreptitiously out of sight of the precious chocolate-milk-loving children. (hehehehe)
#4 Downey Wrinkle Releaser.
#5 1000 threat count sheets. This one is deep red, entirely soft like a puff -- and purchased by mistake! Why I hid it in the linen closet for 4 years – I don’t know.
#6 Crystal Light ‘To Go®.

Esthermay, you make me laugh. Very nice. I’m thankful too for your husband he is a true man of God, and many people are now realizing this and the errors made over the last year at Crane. You and Mark are dearly loved and it is good to see problem people move out and on. God will heal.
